About the Role
Abu Dhabi Aviation seeks a Group Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of the group-wide Ethics & Compliance Program. The role involves regulatory compliance, policy management, ethics programs, and anti-bribery & anti-corruption.

- Support the development, implementation, and further enhancement of the group Ethics & Compliance program initiatives.
- Develop and implement the ADA Group regulatory compliance program and conduct regulatory risk assessments.
- Develop and implement the ADA Group policy management framework.
- Review and recommend enhancements to group compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage the ADA Group Whistleblower reporting and case management application.
- Develop and implement the ADA Group investigation protocol and conduct or supervise investigations.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs on ethics, anti bribery, and conflict of interest.
- Review group’s disclosure (gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest) ensuring transparency and audit readiness.
- Review and recommend enhancements to third party due diligence processes.
- Represent group compliance in internal governance forums.
- Support organizational readiness for internal audits, board reviews, and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Ethics & Compliance within complex, multi jurisdictional and matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in forensic investigations and compliance reviews.
- Strong knowledge of international Anti Bribery & Anti Corruption regulations and ethics frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Professional certification in forensic investigations is an advantage.

Role Overview
- Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of the group wide Ethics & Compliance Program.
- Provide assurance that the organization remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain a consistent and effective enterprise policy management framework and robust ethics program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and further enhancement of the group Ethics & Compliance program initiatives.
- Develop and implement the ADA Group regulatory compliance program. Conduct regulatory risk assessments and design functional dashboards.
- Develop and implement the ADA Group policy management framework.
- Review and recommend enhancements related to group compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage the ADA Group Whistleblower reporting and case management application.
- Develop and implement the ADA Group investigation protocol. Conduct or supervise fair, evidence based reviews.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs on ethics, anti bribery, and conflict of interest.
- Review group’s disclosure (e.g. gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest), ensuring transparency, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
- Review and recommend enhancements to the group’s third party due diligence processes.
- Represent group compliance in internal governance forums.
- Support organizational readiness for internal audits, board reviews, and regulatory inspections.
- Support company wide compliance with import/export laws (ITAR, EAR, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Ethics & Compliance within complex, multi jurisdictional and matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in forensic investigations and compliance reviews.
- Experience in an advisory, consulting, or Center of Excellence environment is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across decentralized organizations.
- Professional certification in forensic investigations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of international Anti Bribery & Anti Corruption regulations and ethics frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and report writing capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong risk assessment and regulatory compliance analysis skills.
- Proven problem solving skills and the ability to develop practical compliance solutions.
