About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a proactive, integrated ERM framework aligned with ISO 31000
- Define and maintain Risk Appetite Statements (RAS)
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and report to executive leadership and Board
- Lead enterprise wide risk identification, assessment, and prioritization
- Design and maintain BCM frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 / NCEMA 7001
- Oversee development and testing of BCPs, DRPs, and crisis response plans
- Establish a robust Crisis Management Framework and escalation protocols
- Promote strong risk ownership and accountability across all levels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in risk management/audit, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in aviation, MRO, logistics, or asset heavy industries preferred
- Professional certifications required: CIA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent
- Strong English proficiency

Role Overview
- Cluster Risk & Resilience Manager at Abu Dhabi Aviation

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive, integrated ERM framework aligned with ISO 31000
- Define and maintain Risk Appetite Statements (RAS)
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and report to executive leadership and Board
- Lead enterprise wide risk identification, assessment, and prioritization
- Establish and maintain the Cluster Risk Register
- Facilitate risk workshops and scenario analysis
- Design and maintain BCM frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 / NCEMA 7001
- Oversee development and testing of BCPs, DRPs, and crisis response plans
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA), defining RTOs and RPOs
- Lead enterprise level simulations (e.g., aviation incidents, cyber disruptions)
- Establish robust Crisis Management Framework and escalation protocols
- Lead cluster wide crisis response teams during major incidents
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in risk management/audit, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in aviation, MRO, logistics, or asset heavy industries preferred
- Professional certifications required: CIA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent
- Additional ERM/BCM certifications are highly desirable
- Strong English proficiency
