Security Manager role responsible for hotel security operations, guest and asset protection, personnel supervision, and incident response in Dubai.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time and based in a hotel in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel security operations and supervise security personnel.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets.
- Ensure 24-hour security coverage.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems.
- Handle security incidents, investigations, emergencies, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with SIRA, Dubai Police, Civil Defense, and UAE regulations.
- Maintain security reports, records, and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities and emergency services when required.
Requirements
- Minimum two-year diploma; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- At least three years of security experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Valid SIRA Security Manager License or Card is required.
- SIRA Security Manager training certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
- First Aid/CPR and Fire and Life Safety certification are advantages.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 1 to AED 7,000 per month.
