Maintain clean, sanitary, and comfortable environments for guests and staff.
Clean guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.
- Change bed linens and replenish towels, toiletries, minibar items, and other room supplies.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
- Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to proper procedures.
- Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and orderly state.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and respect guest privacy while securing rooms.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests and assist with laundry or other housekeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift, bend, stand, and move for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
