The employer is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and team members.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards.
- Allocate duties and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns professionally.
- Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of housekeeping experience.
- Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and guest-service orientation.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Compensation
- Full-time position.
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
