About the Role
Transguard Workforce Solutions seeks a Security Convergence & Compliance Officer for their Abu Dhabi office. The role owns technical governance, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) including PACS, VMS, IDS, PSIM, and GSOC platforms.

Responsibilities
- Own ESS compliance across PACS, VMS, IDS, PSIM, and GSOC platforms
- Govern IEC 62443 zone mapping and OT/ICS security baseline
- Maintain ISO 27001 compliance for all ESS data environments
- Manage CCTV data governance under UAE Federal Law 45/2021
- Lead NIST CSF 2.0 implementation for ESS networks
- Conduct internal ESS compliance audits
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ESS, OT Security, or Cyber physical security roles
- ASIS PSP physical security professional certification
- ISA/IEC 62443 Cyber Security certification (Mandatory)
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in ISO 27000 audits and compliance management
- Strong understanding of audit processes and governance of electronic security systems

Purpose
