- Manage day to day command centre operations and incident response
- Lead operational engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee development and upkeep of SOPs, processes, and work instructions
- Facilitate security and command centre projects
- Take charge of crisis management and emergency response planning
- Ensure effective collection, analysis, and dissemination of security data and intelligence
- Lead, coach, and develop the team
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Minimum of 8+ years of Security experience
- ICAO AVSEC Professional Manager certification (or equivalent) or 8+ years relevant experience in military, security, police, or comparable fields
- Knowledge of ICAO, IATA, GCAA, TSA, and GDPR standards
- Strong understanding of aviation security standards (Annex 17, Doc 8973, Doc 9811)
- Skilled in threat assessment and crisis decision making
- Familiar with security systems, document fraud detection, and digital compliance tools

Job Purpose

In this role you will

Qualification
- Hold a Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
- Have a minimum of 8+ years of Security experience.
- Possess an ICAO AVSEC Professional Manager certification (or equivalent), or at least 8 years of relevant experience in the military, security, police, or comparable fields.
- Have knowledge of ICAO, IATA, GCAA, TSA, and GDPR standards.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of aviation security standards (Annex 17, Doc 8973, Doc 9811).
- Be skilled in threat assessment and crisis decision making.
- Be familiar with security systems, document fraud detection, and digital compliance tools.
