Role Summary
- The Secretary will provide administrative and executive support by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient day to day office operations.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and standard office systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Digital & AI Capability
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Midjourney, Cursor, Windsurf, Zapier or similar platforms is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to use AI and automation to improve productivity, reporting, communication, document management, and daily work processes.
Pay
- AED 3,000 AED 4,500 per month
