- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to prospective customers from provided lists
- Introduce Noor Deira Steel’s products clearly and confidently, following the agreed call script
- Identify customer interest and qualify leads based on need, size, and buying potential
- Hand over qualified leads and appointments to the sales team in a timely, organised manner
- Log every call, outcome, and contact detail accurately in the call sheet / CRM
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, courteous tone at all times
- Use AI assisted calling, CRM, and productivity tools as introduced by the company to improve efficiency
- Meet daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets
Requirements
- Entry level role – no prior experience required; full training provided
- Confident, clear telephone manner with strong persuasion and listening skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working to targets
- Strong familiarity and comfort with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) and willingness to use AI assisted calling systems
- Quick to learn new digital systems, CRMs, and call management tools
- Self motivated, energetic, and target driven
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

Role Summary
- The Telemarketer is responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing the company’s steel products, generating interest, and passing qualified leads to the sales team.
- This is a focused, office based outbound calling role for a motivated, target driven individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to prospective customers from provided lists.
- Introduce Noor Deira Steel’s products clearly and confidently, following the agreed call script.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 3,500 per month
