- Provide legal advice and guidance on UAE labor laws, family laws, corporate regulations, and commercial matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, policies, and legal documents
- Ensure company compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government requirements
- Support management on employment matters, disciplinary actions, disputes, and labor related issues
- Liaise with government authorities, law firms, courts, and regulatory bodies when required
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports, and recommendations
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the company
- Assist in handling legal disputes, claims, and risk management matters
- Maintain confidentiality and protect the company's legal interests
Requirements
- Emirati Female
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's Degree is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Family Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Contract Drafting and Review, Legal Compliance and Regulatory Matters
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
- Proficiency in AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, or other AI powered legal research and productivity tools
- Experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government legal entity (preferred)
- Familiarity with UAE court procedures and legal documentation (preferred)

Job Summary
- Noor Deira Steel is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and knowledgeable Emirati Female Legal Counsel to support the company's legal, compliance, employment, and corporate matters.
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of UAE laws, including labor law, family law, corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- The candidate must also be proficient in utilizing AI technologies to enhance legal research, document drafting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- Young, energetic, and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of: UAE Labor Law, UAE Family Law, UAE Corporate and Commercial Law, Contract Drafting and Review, Legal Compliance and Regulatory Matters.

- The successful candidate should be capable of leveraging AI for: Legal research and analysis, Contract drafting and review, Legal document preparation, Compliance monitoring, Report generation, Risk assessment, Productivity and workflow optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government legal entity.
- Familiarity with UAE court procedures and legal documentation.
- Knowledge of employment, commercial, and family law matters within the UAE.
