Requirements
- 18–25 years old

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Summary
- Noor Deira Steel LLC is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Telemarketer to support our steel trading business by generating leads, contacting potential customers, promoting our steel products, and arranging appointments for the sales team.
- The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the steel industry, excellent communication skills, and strong proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote the company’s steel products and services.
- Generate qualified sales leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and company systems.

Qualifications
- 18–25 years old.

AI Competency Requirements
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a major priority.
- Candidates with experience in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, and Perplexity will receive priority.
- AI powered sales assistants and CRM tools.
- Prompt engineering for customer communication and sales.
- AI workflow automation using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
- AI assisted market research, lead generation, and customer analysis.
- Using AI to improve productivity, reporting, sales follow up, and business operations.
- Building or managing AI assistants, workflows, or automation tools is highly preferred.
- Candidates may be asked to demonstrate practical AI skills during the interview.
- Candidates willing to dedicate a minimum of three (3) hours per day to AI learning and development will receive preference.
Preferred Skills

- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.

Pay
- AED 3,500.00 AED 4,500.00 per month
