- Lead all rebar related business operations, including sales, procurement, inventory, and market development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rebar sales and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Monitor market trends, steel prices, and competitor activities
- Manage procurement and sourcing of rebar products to ensure competitive pricing and availability
- Oversee inventory planning and stock management
- Negotiate major contracts, supply agreements, and commercial terms
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales and operations teams
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the steel industry
- Extensive knowledge of steel rebars, including specifications, grades, applications, pricing, and market dynamics
- Proven experience in rebar sales, trading, procurement, and business development
- Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, and steel sectors in the GCC region
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial management skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and steel market trends
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Practical proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok

Job Summary
- Noor Deira Steel is seeking an experienced Steel Manager – Rebars to lead and expand its rebar business operations.
- The ideal candidate should be a highly knowledgeable steel professional with extensive experience in rebar production, trading, sales, procurement, and market development.
- Must possess strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability within the steel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all rebar related business operations, including sales, procurement, inventory, and market development.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rebar sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, steel prices, and competitor activities.
- Manage procurement and sourcing of rebar products to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
- Oversee inventory planning and stock management.

Requirements
- Saudi or Emirati National preferred.
- Male, 45–50 years old preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the steel industry.
- Extensive knowledge of steel rebars, including specifications, grades, applications, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Proven experience in rebar sales, trading, procurement, and business development.
- Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, and steel sectors in the GCC region.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial management skills.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and steel market trends.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
