- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Monitor and reconcile procurement, sales, trading, and inventory transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance
- Ensure accurate recording of purchase orders, supplier invoices, customer invoices, and inventory movements
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, warehouse, and management teams
- Manage VAT compliance, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements
- Emirati Female candidate preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience.
- Proven experience in trading, procurement, sales accounting, and inventory accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, cost accounting, and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
AI & Technology Skills
- Candidates must demonstrate practical proficiency in: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, and other AI powered accounting, reporting, and productivity tools.
- The successful candidate should be capable of leveraging AI for: Financial analysis and forecasting, Budget preparation, Sales and procurement analysis, Inventory reporting, Management reporting, Data analysis and visualization, Process automation and productivity improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the steel, manufacturing, trading, or construction industry.
- Familiarity with inventory intensive businesses and supply chain operations.
- Experience working within the UAE and knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
