Responsibilities
- Direct day to day engineering operations and maintain all areas in pristine condition
- Manage and optimize major plant equipment including HVAC, chillers, boilers, and electrical substations
- Oversee preventive maintenance program across all equipment and facilities
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and operational breakdowns
- Formulate and manage engineering department budget and capital expenditure plans
- Implement energy conservation and waste management programs
- Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, civil defense regulations, and municipality standards
- Maintain and test Fire Life Safety systems and organize drills
- Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team
- Coordinate with other departments like Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B
Requirements
- Experience in hotel engineering and maintenance operations
- Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and structural systems
- Ability to manage budgets and capital expenditure plans
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations

- The Chief Engineer is responsible for directing, overseeing, and managing all aspects of the hotel's engineering and maintenance operations. This includes the efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and structural systems, alongside civil works and grounds maintenanc
