- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Ensure Agile principles, Scrum values, and best practices are consistently followed
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
- Support AI assisted software development by integrating AI tools into Agile workflows
- Monitor sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders
- Manage Agile boards, user stories, tasks, epics, and sprint planning using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Drive Agile maturity across teams and conduct Agile coaching and mentoring sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, or Agile Coach
- Experience delivering software development or digital transformation projects
- Experience working with cross functional Agile teams
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
- Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master (AI Agile Facilitator) to lead Agile delivery teams in an AI enabled software development environment.
- The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive Agile best practices, remove delivery impediments, and enable high performing cross functional teams while leveraging AI assisted development tools and workflows.
- The role requires expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Candidates with exposure to AI assisted software delivery, prompt engineering collaboration, and digital transformation initiatives will have a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities

- Support AI assisted software development by integrating AI tools into Agile workflows.

- Facilitate prompt refinement sessions to improve AI generated outputs.
- Coordinate rapid stakeholder feedback on AI generated prototypes and deliverables.
- Promote responsible and effective adoption of AI enabled development practices.
- Monitor sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution.
- Balance team capacity and workload while optimizing sprint commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, or Agile Coach.
- Experience delivering software development or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with cross functional Agile teams.
