About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and implement the AI and intelligent automation strategy for BBM Wireless to drive straight through processing
- Identify and design high impact AI opportunities to optimize complex B2B telecom order to revenue processes
- Design and deploy AI copilots with human in the loop to support critical operational decisions
- Modernize existing contract, usage, pricing, and policy processes into AI powered enterprise platforms
- Architect and implement agentic AI solutions for workflow execution and knowledge synthesis
- Develop intelligent knowledge continuity solutions to preserve organizational knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading large scale AI, intelligent automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- 3+ years implementing AI solutions from design to production, including prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and generative AI
- Technical mastery of enterprise AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini
- Strong understanding of modern AI architectures including RAG, agentic systems, and AI governance frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise data architecture and modern analytics platforms

- Le poste de Scientifique principal des données I au sein de Bell Marchés Affaires (BBM) Sans fil est un rôle de leadership stratégique et technique.
- Vous serez responsable de définir la vision technique et la feuille de route visant à moderniser les capacités existantes.
Principales responsabilités
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d’IA et d’automatisation intelligente de BBM Sans fil.
- Identifier et concevoir des occasions à fort impact en IA pour optimiser les processus B2B de télécommunications.
- Concevoir et déployer des copilotes d’IA avec intervention humaine.
- Moderniser les processus existants de gestion des contrats, de l’utilisation, de la tarification et des politiques.
- Architecturer et mettre en œuvre des solutions d’IA agentique.
- Développer des solutions intelligentes de continuité des connaissances.
- Réaliser des analyses rigoureuses des efforts requis par rapport aux retombées attendues.
- Collaborer avec la haute direction, les architectes techniques et les équipes de livraison.
Qualifications Essentielles
- Baccalauréat en informatique, statistique, mathématiques, science des données ou domaine connexe.
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans la direction d’initiatives à grande échelle en IA, automatisation intelligente, transformation numérique.
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans la mise en œuvre de solutions d’IA, incluant prompt engineering, orchestration d’agents et IA générative.
- Maîtrise technique des écosystèmes d’IA d’entreprise : Microsoft Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini.
- Solide compréhension des architectures modernes d’IA : RAG, systèmes agentiques, gouvernance de l’IA.
- Excellente connaissance de l’architecture des données d’entreprise et des plateformes d’analytique modernes.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication auprès des cadres supérieurs et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- Solides compétences en leadership pour influencer des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Expérience dans les secteurs de la technologie, du conseil, SaaS, cloud, services financiers ou environnements comparables.
Qualifications Souhaitées
- Expérience dans l’industrie des télécommunications, notamment avec les cadres du TM Forum, Salesforce CPQ ou ServiceNow OMT.
- Certifications professionnelles en IA, apprentissage automatique, plateformes cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) ou méthodologies Agile.
