We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Manager to lead scaffolding operations across Qatar, with responsibility for manpower, inventory, projects, safety, clients, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scaffolders, Supervisors and Inspectors.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment and project execution.
- Manage P&L, productivity, utilization and costs.
- Oversee mobilization, execution, inspection and demobilization.
- Support tenders, estimation and business development.
- Maintain strong client relationships and QHSE compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficient resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Engineering/technical qualification preferred.
- 10–15 years of scaffolding management experience.
- Experience in Qatar/GCC, preferably oil & gas, petrochemical or major construction.
- Proven experience managing large teams and scaffolding inventory.
- Strong operational, commercial, leadership and client-management skills.
Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
