Role Overview
Drive business growth across Qatar's oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, industrial, and construction sectors.
Develop new business and manage commercial relationships with energy companies, contractors, operators, and major industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities, RFQs, tenders, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Develop relationships with QatarEnergy, QatarEnergy LNG, EPC and EPCM contractors, operators, and major contractors.
- Promote scaffolding, insulation, painting and coating, refractory, fireproofing, rope access, maintenance, shutdown and turnaround, and material supply services.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tenders, negotiations, and client accounts.
- Drive cross-selling, repeat business, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with operations, estimating, procurement, and management teams.
Qualifications
- 8–12 or more years of relevant B2B business development experience.
- Strong network in the Qatar oil and gas or industrial market.
- Proven track record of winning contracts.
- Experience in industrial services, construction, maintenance, scaffolding, insulation, painting, or shutdowns is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent English is required; Arabic or Turkish is an advantage.
- A Qatar driving license is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is QAR 25,000 to QAR 27,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
