Role Overview
The employer is seeking a qualified Arabic Events Specialist with relevant Qatar events experience.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 9,000 to QAR 11,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
Event Management
- Manage events end to end, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and delivery.
- Lead creative event planning for themes, venues, decor, entertainment, audiovisual production, and catering.
- Manage vendors, event companies, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with senior management and internal teams.
Team and Commercial Coordination
- Lead the events team and prioritize projects and deliverables.
- Build customer and partner relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Track the annual events budget and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in event planning and staging, including sponsorships.
- Relevant Qatar events experience.
- Strong English communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
- Knowledge of public relations, marketing, communications, and sponsorships.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
