We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Qatar’s Oil & Gas, LNG, petrochemical, industrial and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities, RFQs, tenders, contracts and POs.
- Develop relationships with LNG, EPC/EPCM contractors, operators and major contractors.
- Promote scaffolding, insulation, painting/coating, refractory, fireproofing, rope access, maintenance, shutdown/turnaround and material supply services.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tenders, negotiations and client accounts.
- Drive cross-selling, repeat business and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with operations, estimating, procurement and management teams.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of relevant B2B Sales Manager experience.
- Strong Oil & Gas/industrial market network.
- Proven track record of winning contracts.
- Experience in industrial services, construction, maintenance, scaffolding, insulation, painting or shutdowns preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent English; Fluent in Arabic.
- Driving license preferred.
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
