- Support the complete vehicle sales cycle in SAP, including quotations, sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing
- Maintain vehicle master data, pricing structures, accessories, and sales packages
- Assist in monitoring sales transactions and ensuring data accuracy
- Support service order processing, job card management, time entry, and service billing activities
- Monitor workshop schedules, technician allocation, and service capacity utilization
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Log, track, and follow up on customer complaints and service requests
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer issues
- Provide first line SAP user support for sales and service teams
- Assist in preparing SOPs, user manuals, and training materials
- Support end user training and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and address business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in SAP Sales and Service support
- Experience within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP
- Understanding of vehicle sales processes, service operations, and workshop workflows
- Experience with master data maintenance and transactional processing in SAP
- Good proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Service, and Operations teams
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer focused approach with strong attention to detail
