- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and client requirements
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for site personnel
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety standards
- Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, permits, and compliance reports
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct emergency drills
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
- IOSH Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE legislation and international safety standards
- Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction projects in Dubai.
