- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to track hiring progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 6 years' experience in recruitment with proven volume hiring exposure
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi for the contract period

The Role
- We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead with 5–6 years of expertise in managing high volume hiring across diverse roles and functions.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing the full recruitment cycle while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arabic fluency is a plus for this position.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi for the contract period.
