About the Role
The Operation Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time. The role supports project planning, progress tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar planning software
- Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules
- Coordinate with factory, site, engineering, and project teams to gather scheduling information
- Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
- Support project teams with schedule updates, forecasting, and resource planning
- Assist in preparing time impact analyses and extension of time (EOT) claims
- Participate in project meetings and provide schedule related updates
- Support tendering activities by developing project timelines and work breakdown structures
- Promote effective communication among project stakeholders to achieve project milestones
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning or scheduling
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Experience in construction, modular construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects is preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- The Operation Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar planning software.

Qualifications & Experience
