About The Role
Akkodis is looking for a **Senior SAP Technical Delivery & AMS Lead** with strong hands-on expertise to lead and govern SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments across multi-country operations.
This is **not a purely managerial role** — we are looking for someone who is deeply involved in execution, technical oversight, and platform governance, while also leading AMS delivery and engaging with senior stakeholders.
'**Key Responsibilities** SAP Cloud Governance & Delivery
- Lead governance activities and oversee AMS delivery
- Monitor DevOps tickets and manage escalations
- Drive resolution of critical technical issues across teams
Release & Upgrade Management (3sl)
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud release cycles (bi-annual)
- Conduct RASD assessments and dependency analysis
- Deliver “What’s New” sessions
- Ensure business continuity during upgrades
Sap Btp & Platform Oversight (Hands-On)
- Administer SAP BTP services (CPI, MBC, DRC)
- Monitor integrations (CPI iFlows) and system health
- Manage SAP OSS incidents and escalations
- Handle certificates lifecycle & e-invoicing tokens
IAM, Risk & Compliance
- Conduct IAM reviews and support GRC audits
- Ensure compliance across SAP landscape
- Maintain security and authorization controls
Change & Stability Management
- Govern transports & deployments in 3SL
- Drive incident resolution across teams
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities
Requirements (Must Have)
- **10+ years of SAP technical experience**
- Proven experience as **Lead or Manager (Hands-on execution required)**
- Strong expertise in:
• SAP BTP (CPI, MBC, DRC)
- SAP OSS & incident management
- Experience in **release management & cloud governance**
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Experience working in **multi-country SAP environments**
Preferred
- Experience with SAP Preferred Success programs
- Exposure to enterprise-scale AMS delivery models
- Strong knowledge of integration monitoring & compliance frameworks

- Has direct involvement in platform management, integrations, and issue resolution
- Can balance **execution + leadership**
- Pay: AED27,000.00 - AED32,000.00 per month
