Overview
SAP S/4HANA Programme Manager is required by our client to a lead large scale, SAP digital transformation.
You will be responsible for project governance, cross-functional team alignment, scope, budget, and risk management across multiple workstreams—bridging C-suite strategy with technical delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall programme roadmap, ensuring execution aligns with overarching business objectives and best practices.
- Drive full-lifecycle implementations from discovery and design to build, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
- Oversee large multi-million dollar budget, forecasting, and resource allocation across various regional and technical project tracks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive steering committees, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Proactively maintain RAID logs, facilitating conflict resolution to keep track of deadlines.
- Lead business transformation, ensure user training, and help business units smoothly adopt new processes
- Essential experience must include
- 15+ years in IT project/programme management, with at least 3-5 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycles.
- Deep familiarity with SAP Activate or Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of delivery on previous projects and longevity in assignment history
- Regional SAP Project Delivery experience in UAE
- Exceptional negotiation, executive communication, and team-building capabilities to lead complex, global, onshore/offshore teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management ability
