Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for gross to net pay, taxes, deductions, and direct deposits
- Ensure smooth data flow between Core HR modules and local payroll systems to maintain accurate employee master data
- Align payroll configurations with regional legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards
- Identify, gather information, and develop change requests for existing sustain issues or new system enhancements
- Act as Subject Matter Expert to troubleshoot payroll issues, execute testing, and train HR users globally
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SAP SF Implementations with minimum 4 full end to end HRIS implementations
- Hands on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, system integration mapping, and payroll schemas/rules
- Fluent Arabic
- Deep understanding of Hire to Retire HR platforms and global payroll methodologies
- Expertise in executing test cases, troubleshooting system incidents, and root cause analysis
- Proven track record of delivery on major SAP programmes

Overview
- SAP HR SuccessFactors Consultant required to manage and configure cloud based HCM on SAP SuccessFactors HCM or SAP SF Employee Central Payroll.

Responsibilities

Essential Experience
- 7+ years of experience in SAP SF Implementations – minimum 4 full end to end HRIS implementations.

- Strong analytical capabilities, multi cultural team collaboration, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Hire to Retire HR platforms and global payroll methodologies.
- Expertise in executing test cases, troubleshooting system incidents, and root cause analysis.
- Proven track record of delivery on major SAP programmes and longevity in assignment history.
