Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to handle gross to net pay, taxes, deductions, and direct deposits
- Ensure smooth, error free data flow between Core HR modules and local payroll systems
- Align payroll configurations with regional legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards
- Identify, gather information, and develop change requests for existing sustain issues or new system enhancements
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to troubleshoot payroll issues, execute testing, and train HR users globally
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SAP SF Implementations – minimum 4 full end to end HRIS implementations
- Hands on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, system integration mapping, and payroll schemas/rules
- Fluency in Arabic language is essential
- Strong analytical capabilities, multi cultural team collaboration, problem solving, and communication
- Deep understanding of 'Hire to Retire' HR platforms and global payroll methodologies
- Expertise in executing test cases, troubleshooting system incidents, and root cause analysis

Role Overview
- SAP HR Success Factors Consultant is required by our global client to manage and configure cloud based Human Capital Management (HCM) on SAP Success Factors HCM or SAP SF Employee Central Payroll.
- CONTRACT POSITION 6 MONTHS INITIAL + MULTIPLE EXTENSION OPPORTUNITIES
- You will be responsible for ensuring accurate employee data, seamless payroll integration, and global HR process automation.
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and optimize Example SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to handle gross to net pay, taxes, deductions, and direct deposits.
- Ensure smooth, error free data flow between Core HR modules and local payroll systems to maintain accurate employee master data.
- Align payroll configurations with regional legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards.
- Identify, gather information, and develop change requests for existing sustain issues or new system enhancements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to troubleshoot payroll issues, execute testing, and train HR users globally.
Essential experience must include
- 6+ years of experience in SAP SF Implementations – minimum 4 full end to end HRIS implementations, specifically managing or implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, system integration mapping, and payroll schemas/ rules.
- FLUENCY IN ARABIC LANGUAGE IS ESSENTIAL.
- Strong analytical capabilities, multi cultural team collaboration, problem solving, and communication.
- Deep understanding of 'Hire to Retire' HR platforms and global payroll methodologies.
- Expertise in executing test cases, troubleshooting system incidents, and executing root cause analysis on data issues.
- Proven track record of delivery on major SAP programmes and longevity in assignment history.
