About the Role
VBS Concierge is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8+ years in finance consulting, costing, and ERP implementation. The role involves reviewing client accounting practices, designing costing structures, and supporting ERP implementation with a focus on manufacturing and project-based environments.

Responsibilities
- Review client accounting, finance, ERP, and reporting practices
- Analyze COA structure, transaction flow, cost centers, profit centers, and reporting dimensions
- Review compliance alignment with IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory requirements
- Define finance requirements, costing logic, workflows, controls, and reporting outputs for ERP implementation
- Translate finance requirements into clear system logic for ERP and development teams
- Participate in UAT, system validation, and end to end finance process testing
- Design manufacturing costing, product costing, project costing, and cost allocation structures
- Review inventory valuation, landed cost, overhead allocation, and margin impact
- Support budgeting, cost control, budget vs actual analysis, and variance review
- Review management reports, MIS, dashboards, and identify automation opportunities
- Prepare finance SOPs, process documentation, control matrices, and audit checklists
- Streamline month end closing, approval workflows, and financial control processes
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance consulting, costing, manufacturing finance, ERP finance implementation, MIS/reporting, financial controls, or finance transformation roles
- B.Com with MBA (Finance) or Certified CA Inter / CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA
- Industry experience in Manufacturing & Industrial production environment, Project based business, Trading and distribution, or FMCG / food manufacturing
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel Advanced, ERP finance/costing module exposure, AI tool (hands on)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE and travel internationally for client projects

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance consulting, costing, manufacturing finance, ERP finance implementation, MIS/reporting, financial controls, or finance transformation roles.

- Understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in ERP current state analysis, implementation and system driven workflows
- Exposure to UAT, system validation, and end to end process testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into system logic and workflows
- Strong knowledge in Manufacturing, product, project costing Structure design
- Strong knowledge in standard costing, actual costing, overhead allocation methods
- Cost center, profit center, branch, department, and project wise cost structure design
- Inventory valuation and landed cost understanding
- Budgeting, cost control, budget vs actual analysis
- Management reporting, MIS design, dashboard concepts
Language Skills
- Fluent at English (written and spoken)
- 2nd Language will be considered a plus
Other Details
- Working days and hours : Monday to Friday (9 hrs/day) 8:30 until 17:30
- Location: Currently in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
- Travel/Mobility: Comfortable to travel and work on site with clients across international geographies during project phases
