About the Role
VBS Concierge seeks a Strategic Finance Lead to act as the finance partner to the CEO, driving long-term planning, fundraising, and financial governance. Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic finance lead to the CEO, driving long term planning and growth strategy execution
- Lead fundraising and capital raising execution, including financial modeling and due diligence support
- Drive valuation improvement initiatives through capital structure optimization and working capital efficiency
- Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and fund usage management aligned with strategic priorities
- Establish and strengthen financial governance and internal controls in compliance with IFRS
- Oversee the accounting process and ensure timely monthly/annual closings
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting; perform variance analysis against actuals
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs regarding financial performance and capital efficiency
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and advisors regarding capital and funding
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team, setting performance targets and driving process improvements
- Oversee accounting systems and ERP tools, ensuring documentation and controls are maintained
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (ICAI or ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Modelling, Budgeting and Accounting Functions
- Minimum 3 5 years in leadership role, team management
- Hands on experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel, ERP Systems and Accounting Softwares
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Required Qualifications and Skills

Other Details
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (9 hrs/day) 8:30 until 17:30
- Candidate should be currently in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
