- Minimum of years in a SAP Finance Leadership role, ideally from a management consultancy or major systems integrator
- Outstanding client facing skills / C Level Advisory engagement
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and local taxation requirements
- Very strong communication / client facing / consulting skills
- Minimum of 2 previous S/4 implementation projects

Role Overview
- SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant with SAP S/4HANA and AMS support experience required for a new SAP S4 Implementation.
- Must have minimum of 2 previous S/4 implementation projects and come from a major consultancy or systems integrator background.
Essential Skills / Background Criteria
- 10 15 years SAP FI/CO experience.
- 5 years SAP S/4 Finance (FICO).
- Strong experience working with AMS / ongoing support of application management systems.
- SAP S/4HANA FI (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing).
- Integration points with MM (e.g., Automatic Account Determination OBYC), SD (e.g., Revenue Recognition), and other modules.
- S/4HANA best practices and SAP Activate methodology for Fit to Standard analysis.
- Hands on experience with S/4HANA Finance (new GL, parallel ledgers, Profitability Analysis) and Fiori apps.
- Experience with Plant Abroad.
- Minimum of years in a SAP Finance Leadership role, ideally working for a management consultancy or major systems integrator.

Desirable Experience
- SAP BTP Integration Suite or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- Data conversion with SAP Migration Cockpit.
