Overview
- To comply with country regulations, we are looking for UAE talent to fill this role.
Job Responsibility
- Ensure that original documentation has been compared with digital documents provided and adequately scrutinized to ensure that requirements are as per regulation/ internal policy. This includes the integrity of applications being signed by authorized individuals, verification of original documentati
- To provide quality customer service through the onboarding process & ensure any additional documents etc are collected from customers, RFIs (Request for Information) resolved and details submitted to processing team ensure application is processed on time.
- To support the implementation of Digital initiatives rolled out across Business Banking both during testing as well as in live production.
