Requirements
- BSc/BA in business or a related field is preferred
- 4 5 years of sales & negotiation experience preferably within a high growth company
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Role Overview
- The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- This role requires a strong leader with excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the food delivery market, and the ability to drive team performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and address any challenges.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to improve their performance and career development.
- Sales Planning: Collaborate with your line manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
- Drive the strategy, creation, and execution of sales initiatives across your cities to enhance performance.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligned with overall company objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the management of the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and consistent performance.
- Monitor team members' activities and provide guidance on managing their pipelines effectively.
- Support the team in closing deals and negotiating contracts with partners.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and success.
- Ensure that team members meet or exceed their sales and commercial targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in business or a related field is preferred.
- 4 5 years of sales & negotiation experience preferably within a high growth company.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- F&B industry experience in the UAE is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Results oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about the food delivery industry and staying current with market trends.
