About the Role
Deliveroo is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their Middle East team on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will own end-to-end delivery of integrated brand campaigns across the UAE and Kuwait, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

- Own end to end delivery of marketing projects and campaigns
- Coordinate integrated campaigns across media, CRM, social, PR/comms, and central teams
- Write clear, insight led creative briefs and manage feedback/approval process
- Track campaign KPIs, compile post campaign reports, and provide recommendations
- Own and track campaign budgets and delivery timelines
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor campaigns, and cultural moments
- Act as connective tissue across workstreams, building strong relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 6 8 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign and project management, or related discipline
- Proven experience managing integrated brand campaigns end to end across multiple channels and markets
- Strong eye for creative quality and ability to give constructive feedback
- Excellent project management skills, highly organized and detail oriented
- Analytically minded, comfortable with campaign performance data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self starter attitude with ownership and ability to work in fast paced environment
- Familiarity with UAE and Kuwait markets

About the Team & Role
- Join the Brand & Experience team at Deliveroo, building emotional connections with customers, riders, and partners.
- Role covers marketing projects and campaign management across the Middle East, focusing on UAE and Kuwait.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own end to end delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, setting timelines and driving accountability.
- Work cross functionally with media, CRM, social, PR/comms, and central teams to plan and execute local brand campaigns.
- Write clear, insight led creative briefs and manage feedback/approval process with internal teams and agencies.
- Track campaign KPIs, compile post campaign reports, and translate learnings into recommendations.
- Own and track campaign budgets and delivery timelines, flagging risks proactively.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Act as connective tissue across workstreams, building strong relationships with local and central teams.
What You'll Need to Thrive
- Minimum 6 8 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign and project management, or related discipline, ideally in tech.
- Proven experience managing integrated brand campaigns end to end across multiple channels and markets.
- Strong eye for creative quality combined with ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
- Excellent project management skills: highly organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Analytically minded: comfortable pulling and interpreting campaign performance data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across cross functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Self starter attitude: take ownership, move quickly, find ways to make things happen.
- Familiarity with UAE and Kuwait markets, including local consumer behavior and cultural moments.
