Role Overview
- As Marketing Manager, Promo and Incentives, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions for the Middle East.
- You will own the operational delivery and performance of promotional and incentive programmes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own execution of the Middle East promotional calendar across acquisition, activation, retention, and win back.
- Implement robust promo strategies to change customer behavior and drive ROI.
- Work with CRM and Tech to build and deploy in app and lifecycle campaigns.
- Develop quarterly and annual promotional roadmaps.
- Manage and report campaign level budgets.
- Partner with Data Science to translate data into relevant promo mechanics.
- Own weekly reporting on in flight campaign performance.
- Analyze price elasticity and discount depth mechanics.
- Design and run local test and learn experiments.
- Monitor competitor trends and market activity.
- Build business cases with financials for scaling successful tests.
- Champion the consumer voice and ensure genuine value.

- Experience in promotional and incentive programme management.
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills.
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Budget management and reporting experience.
