Responsibilities
- Support the centralized sales team across multiple entities
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales orders
- Actively engage with leads, follow up with customers, and support deal closures
- Maintain CRM systems, pipelines, and customer databases
- Track order status and ensure timely updates across stakeholders
- Handle customer queries related to quotations, orders, invoices, and delivery updates
- Ensure a consistent and high quality customer experience
- Support onboarding and account maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation as per company policies
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards
- Support compliance and audit requirements
- Coordinate with Finance for pricing, invoicing, credit control, and collections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Coordination / Commercial Operations Not Customer Service
- Strong experience working in multi entity or group level environments preferred
- Prior experience in trading or service based companies highly preferred
- Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (mandatory focus area)
- Excellent MS Excel, reporting, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Detail oriented with a customer first mindset
- An attested degree is a must for being considered for the role

Job Overview
- The Executive – Sales Support will play a key role in enabling smooth end to end sales operations across multiple business units.
- This includes managing quotations, sales orders, customer coordination, documentation, reporting, and cross functional collaboration with finance, logistics, legal, and marketing teams.
- The role is critical in ensuring efficient sales processes, timely follow ups, and a seamless customer experience across all group entities.
Key Responsibilities
