Overview
We are hiring an **Events Sales Support** **Coordinator** to our events services team who can join immediately.
As an Events Sales Coordinator you will be Responsible for providing wide range of clerical duties & project coordination.
Working days in a week: 5 (saturday & sunday holiday)
Languages: English
European Candidates preferred
Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Liaise between events team & client i.e. erection & dismantle details >> date, time, submission of crew & vehicle details.
· Acquiring passes if required by client.
· Opening sales order once PO is received or as per OM's instructions & making a job file.
· Email correspondence with clients (submission of crew & vehicle details, Tax/Proforma Invoices, SOA)
· Liaise with Finance Department related to payments of clients & invoice submissions.
· Requesting for Invoices, SOA, General Ledger & sending it to client to follow up for payment.
· Sending LPO's to supplier & confirm to them the receipt of the LPO.
