About the Role
Apex Scaffolding Dubai seeks an experienced Business Development professional for their events production business. You will drive revenue growth, manage client acquisition, and lead operational excellence across corporate events, exhibitions, and concerts.

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate events, exhibitions, government projects, retail activations, and entertainment events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, venues, and strategic partners.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch documents.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the events industry.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop winning concepts and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Event Management, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
- Languages: English & British (fluent English required).
- 5–10+ years of experience in events production, experiential marketing, exhibitions, or live events industry.
- Proven experience in both operations management and business development.
- Strong industry network and client portfolio preferred.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, AV, staging, fabrication, and event logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and CRM systems.
- UAE driving license preferred.

Job Overview
