Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3–6 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare industries preferred
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

About the Role
- Novanos Para Pharmaceutical Trading LLC is seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Develop sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and support key account development.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
- Ensure CRM records, sales reports, and customer information are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Train and onboard new sales representatives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare industries is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
