- Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve sales and market share targets
- Plan and manage product launches and promotional campaigns
- Build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and KOLs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Work closely with the sales team to implement marketing initiatives
- Organize workshops, training programs, conferences, and promotional events
- Monitor product performance and prepare regular business reports
- Manage marketing budgets and promotional materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business
- 3+ years of Brand Management experience in the pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry
- UAE healthcare market experience highly preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with product launches and marketing campaigns
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the growth of our premium aesthetic product portfolio in the UAE.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in pharmaceutical or aesthetic marketing, excellent commercial acumen, and experience working with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics.
Key Responsibilities
