Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's medical and aesthetic product portfolio to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, clinics, and hospitals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
- Attend medical conferences, workshops, and industry events
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent customer support
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience in the UAE
- Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic products highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
