- Drive sales growth and achieve brand objectives across assigned territories
- Build and maintain professional relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and clinics
- Execute brand strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
- Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and educational activities for healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of commercial and marketing plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales
- Knowledge of the UAE healthcare and aesthetic market is preferred
- Existing professional relationships within the UAE aesthetic sector are an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English is required

About the Role
- Group is seeking a motivated and results driven Brand Manager – Aesthetic Sales to support the growth of our aesthetic portfolio across the UAE.
- The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals, aesthetic clinics, and key stakeholders to drive brand performance, execute marketing initiatives, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
