Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, field follow ups, and coaching sessions to improve productivity and sales effectiveness
- Monitor sales performance across team members and take timely action to address gaps, opportunities, and underperformance
- Review monthly sales forecasts, customer visit plans, pipeline activities, and target achievement reports
- Support the Department Head in identifying opportunities for business expansion, including new products, customer acquisition, and market development
- Build and maintain strong long term relationships with key customers, KOLs, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses, follow ups, and resolution of customer concerns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, product launches, merchandising practices, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, operational needs, and order related matters are addressed effectively
- Support the management of receivables and overdue payments by regularly reviewing outstanding AR and following company policies
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to management
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process by supporting pre final interviews for Sales Representative positions
Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or any related sciences; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the target market
- MS Office and computer skills

Main Job Purpose
- The Sales Supervisor will oversee and support a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring effective territory coverage, customer engagement, pipeline management, and achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- The role will work closely with the Department Head to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial performance, and expand the product portfolio within the market.

Education & Experience
