Main Job Purpose

  • The Sales Supervisor will oversee and support a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring effective territory coverage, customer engagement, pipeline management, and achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • The role will work closely with the Department Head to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial performance, and expand the product portfolio within the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, field follow ups, and coaching sessions to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor sales performance across team members and take timely action to address gaps, opportunities, and underperformance.
  • Review monthly sales forecasts, customer visit plans, pipeline activities, and target achievement reports.
  • Support the Department Head in identifying opportunities for business expansion, including new products, customer acquisition, and market development.
  • Build and maintain strong long term relationships with key customers, KOLs, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses, follow ups, and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, product launches, merchandising practices, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, operational needs, and order related matters are addressed effectively.
  • Support the management of receivables and overdue payments by regularly reviewing outstanding AR and following company policies.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process by supporting pre final interviews for Sales Representative positions.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or any related sciences, MBA is a Plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the target market
  • MS Office and computer Skills
