- Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure coverage of all assigned outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail customers
- Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and compliance with company standards
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends
- Conduct regular market visits to support the sales team and identify business opportunities
- Review sales performance reports and provide coaching and performance feedback to team members
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales supervision or similar role in FMCG
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Proficiency in sales reporting and performance analysis
