Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of sales representatives in the FMCG sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving distribution targets, ensuring product availability, maintaining strong customer relationships, and executing company sales strategies across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure coverage of all assigned outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail customers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
  • Conduct regular market visits to support the sales team and identify business opportunities.
  • Review sales performance reports and provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and health & safety regulations.
