Position Summary

  • The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the day to day showroom sales operations, ensuring a team of Sales Executives consistently achieves unit sales, F&I penetration, and trade in targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily sales operations through team huddles, target tracking, and activity planning aligned with monthly objectives
  • Allocate walk in customers, digital leads, and key accounts based on team workload, performance, and conversion capability
  • Coach Sales Executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling
  • Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and dealership expectations
  • Maintain discipline in showroom processes, attendance, and daily activity standards
  • Support Sales Executives in handling high value, complex, or sensitive customer negotiations
  • Approve discounts, F&I proposals, and trade in valuations within delegated authority levels
  • Drive structured second facing on undecided customers to improve closing ratios
  • Ensure every deal is structured to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Monitor lead response times, pipeline health, and conversion performance across the team
  • Ensure 100% lead capture, accurate data entry, and consistent updates within CRM / DMS systems
  • Identify underperformance early and implement corrective coaching and action plans

Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3–6 years of automotive retail sales experience within a franchised dealership environment
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a senior sales, team lead, or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of strong personal sales performance prior to moving into leadership
  • Experience managing daily showroom operations and coaching sales teams in high volume environments
  • Strong proficiency in CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for performance tracking and reporting
  • Good understanding of F&I products, financing structures, and trade in valuation processes
  • Ability to analyse sales performance metrics and drive improvement actions
  • Valid Saudi Arabia driving license
