About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure full product availability, including new product launches, across all assigned Modern Trade accounts
- Prevent out of stock situations through effective replenishment and order management
- Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, value, and distribution
- Execute in store activities, promotions, planograms, and visibility executions as per commercial guidelines
- Collect and manage purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely and accurate upload in SAP system
- Monitor and report competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and product launches
- Maintain accurate and updated customer database and sales documentation
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports (sales vs. targets, KPIs, market feedback)
- Identify business growth opportunities within assigned Modern Trade accounts
- Drive on time payment collection following approved credit terms
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, standards, and trade agreements
- Uphold the company's commitment to quality, safety, and ethical business practices during all field operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ year experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide market insights
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned region

Position Summary
- This role focuses on achieving sales targets in Modern Trade (MT) accounts by ensuring excellent execution of availability, visibility, pricing and promotions, while building strong customer relationships.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure full product availability, including new product launches (NPL), across all assigned Modern Trade accounts.
