Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven salesperson to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales targets while building long-term relationships with clients.

As a salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Lead Generation:** Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • **Sales Presentation:** Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • **Sales Negotiation:** Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in alignment with company objectives and client needs.
  • **Sales Targets:** Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
  • **Market Research:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position products effectively.
  • **Customer Support:** Provide post-sales support, ensuring clients are satisfied and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing and other departments to align on sales strategies and customer campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar role, ideally in [specific industry, e.g., retail, B2B, technology, etc.].
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
