- Identify and prospect new business clients (B2B leads)
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and networking
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery)
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
- Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- 1–3+ years experience in sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self motivated and target driven mindset
- Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus in GCC markets)

Job Summary
