- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other café beverages
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment professionally
- Follow beverage recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area and workstations
- Ensure all café supplies are available, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other materials
- Educate customers about menu items, coffee beans, brewing methods, and promotions
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Support team members with cleaning, restocking, and daily café operations
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop environment
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee making techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality
- Basic mathematical skills and accuracy in handling payments
- Ability to follow recipes, standards, and operational procedures
- Flexible availability, including morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

Position Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of barista experience and a strong passion for coffee, customer service, and delivering a high quality café experience.
- The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining café standards, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring consistency in product quality and presentation.
