- Identify and target new sales opportunities in assigned regions or markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Present technical solutions effectively through tailored presentations
- Understand the technical features and capabilities of SKM pump products or valves
- Provide technical support during pre sales and post sales activities
- Collaborate with the Application team to offer customized solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare accurate proposals, tenders, and quotations
- Negotiate terms and close contracts in compliance with internal policies
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to gather client needs
- Lead sales presentations and training for clients and internal staff
- Maintain thorough records of sales activities, market data, and interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field)
- Minimum 3 5 years of sales experience in selling pump or valve products
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong understanding of pump products or valves and related solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate customer needs and propose effective technical solutions
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems
- Familiarity with the local UAE market
